The reason for this particular part of the website is to try to motivate those that need motivation, give information about how to be healthy while living with this disease, exercise that people with disablities can do, recipes or food ideas for those that have FD in their skull and it hurts to chew, for us all to relate to one another on a level where not of a lot of people understand.
Studies show that exercise can do wonders for the human body. Most people, when talk about exercise, they are talking about "getting in shape", "losing weight to be skinnier", etc. When exercise is spoken of here, its only in the sense of making you healthier for you, nothing else. No judgements. Only encouragement because I know most of us, our main goal is just to not be in PAIN.
Every month a new exercise , new ideas, new recipes will be added please feel free to email me to add what you do to stay healthy, etc.
Anyone ready for some healthy and soft foods for those that have trouble eating due to the FD!

I use It Works! shakes to help make sure that I get the nutrients that I need on a daily basis because I have Fibrous Dysplasia in my jaw, teeth and skull, it makes it almost impossible to eat since it's so painful. So, not only do I get the nutrients and vitamins that I need but I also can consume food without having to chew. It's all natural, and plant based so even VEGAN's can use this!
